How to Setup? It's very intuitive and easy. First, insert your USB Bluetooth Dongle to yout PC, run the downloaded self-extracting zip, open the folder where you chose for extraction, double-click "WMouseXP" to start it. In the "Step 1" box, press the "Not installed on phone?" button to send the Mobile Side Software to your mobile phone. Install and start it there - allow it to access Blueooth by pressing the (left) softkey to explicitly say "Yes" (pressing the joystick "in" would result in a default "No") - then you'd see it showing "Awaiting PC Side".
